Established in New York over 150 years ago in 1853, Swan &
Finch
specialised in the production of high quality lubricants.

the strong national presence in the USA, Swan & Finch expanded
its
lubricant business to Europe where in 1932, the company moved its
entire operation to France and changed its name to Motul.

Technology – 300V Engine Oils
Ester technology was initially designed for the aeronautic
industries. Motul was the first lubricant manufacturer to
recognize and to use this technology in the formulation of 100%
synthetic automotive oils.
With continual research and development, Motul developed the
revolutionary Double Ester Technology in 2004. 300V series
with
Double Ester Technology contains carefully balanced ratio of complex
ester with the newly developed macromolecular high polymer ester to
produce a lubricant with extremely strong oil film characteristics that
retains stable viscosity even under extreme temperatures.
Motul’s relentless pursuit to produce improved technologies
and
uncompromised quality in its range has made it a stand out producer
whose oils are built to suit a broad range of applications from full
race to street use.

BMC Air Filter
PERFORMANCE
BMC air filters are designed and produced to ensure a higher air flow
than original paper filters. In F1, for example, BMC cotton filters
minimize the loss of air flow pressure passing through the air filter;
this way ensures the best conditions for full exploitation of maximum
power. Therefore the benefits of replacing the original paper filter
with BMC cotton air filter, produced using the same technology and
materials as the F1 air filters, are evident.
DESIGN AND MATERIALS
Qualified engineers using advanced software and expert technicians
using the latest technologies produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter
must be very light, must be made of the best raw materials and must
improve performance. For this reason we use only alloy mesh with epoxy
coating to ensure protection from petrol fumes and from oxidization due
to the humidity of the air. The filtering material is composed of a
special cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil to give you the best

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
BMC technical staff has developed a particular production system based
on soft rubber moulding which produces the familiar BMC red filters.
They are made in one single piece with no welded joints in the corners,
thus avoiding breaking risks. This system, called "Full Moulding" comes
from R&D in F1 and it is significant of BMC air filters'
technical
and quality specifics.
MOTORSPORT HERITAGE
Since 1996 BMC Air Filter have equipped some of the most important
teams in F1 and American Le Mans including Ferrari, Toyota, BMW
Williams, Prost, Sauber, Minardi, Porsche and Audi. In Australia, BMC
Air Filter are used by a number of V8 Supercar teams including Holden
Racing Team, Stone Brothers Racing, Team BOC, Jim Beam Racing and Team
Vodafone.
Having established its reputation in the highest and most prestigious
